Our journey began in 2001 and for 20 years we have been engaged in full-service construction and general contracting in Georgia. We were one of the first companies to obtain a construction license, having passed all the necessary conditions for qualification of personnel and quality of construction. Our team of engineers and architects constantly follows new trends in architecture, new technologies and approaches in construction to offer the most modern and quality solutions. During 20 years of work OrdenGroup has designed and built more than 120 facilities and structures. We build only with quality materials, paying much attention to the following issues: reliability of construction, energy saving, noise insulation and environmental friendliness of materials.

• selection of a design and architectural bureau;
• approval and obtaining a construction permit;
• development of the project of the object to be erected, preparation of an estimate taking into account the cost of works and necessary materials, selection of the most optimal construction technologies;
• Formation of the budget for the entire construction, preparation of the work plan and schedule;
• execution, coordination of all required technical documentation;
• selection of subcontractors, control and coordination of their activities;
• Maintaining all documentation, including reporting, by the general contractor;
• direct execution of planned construction works at the site in accordance with the project documentation;
• Ensuring a continuous process of construction works on the construction site;
• timely provision of construction with necessary materials and equipment, control over their costs and quality);
