Topographic layout of the area: We create a map of the site taking into account the relief and natural features.
Engineering and geologic studies: Assess soil conditions and other geologic factors affecting construction.
Project characterization: Research local regulations and requirements to ensure that the project complies with legal standards.
Demolition Design: Develop a plan for demolition of existing structures (if necessary).
Architectural Design: Develop architectural solutions to meet the client’s wishes and aesthetic requirements.
Interior Design: Design of the interior space taking into account functionality and aesthetics.
Construction project: Creation of drawings that will be used for construction.
Facade Design: Developing the exterior appearance of the building, including the selection of materials and architectural elements.
Utility design: Designing the water supply, sewerage, electrical, heating and ventilation systems.
Preliminary construction estimate: Calculate the approximate cost of construction and materials.

We are engaged in coordination of all project documentation in municipal and state authorities for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses for construction.

Once construction is complete, we provide full support for the commissioning process, including verification of all building codes and standards to ensure that the finished facility meets the stated requirements and is ready for use.
